Hoya 'Tricolor'

This intriguing house plant in as unique as its is colourful. Trailing frilly-edged leaves in green, cream and pink attach to a pink central vine. Like most hoyas, these plants prefer medium to bright indirect light. A few hours of early morning or later afternoon direct sun would be fine, but more than that will scorch the leaves, causing them to turn yellow. Hoya Tricolor will benefit from regular watering in the spring and summer months, but allow the top two inches of soil to dry out between waterings. Hoyas are a favourite for hanging and trailing. They also do well creeping along a trellis.  This plant is non toxic to pets and children.
